To view the study time of a WhatsApp message, you can use the Message Information characteristic. This represents information including when the message was added and while it was changed in the study. You can do it like this:
Steps to check message reading time on WhatsApp
For individual cottages
- Open the chat where you sent the message.
- Long press on the message you want to test.
- Tap the "i" (or Message Info) icon that appears at the top or inside the menu.
- You will see two timestamps:
- Delivered: When the message has changed to loaded on the recipient's phone.
- Read: When the recipient reads the message.
For group chats
Open the Group chat and discover your message.
Long press on the message and tap the "i" icon (Message info).
You will see:
- Delivered to: When changed to delivered to all contributors in the organization.
- Reading by way: When each member of the group studies the message in conjunction with their individual timestamps.
Conditions for displaying reading time
Recipients should have Read Receipts turned on.
For organizational chats, you will see multiple instances best if group members are enabled to review receipts.
Messages sent to users with study receipts disabled will best display the timestamp in place.
Important notes
Read receipts are not available for voice messages; are mechanically displayed when the message is played.
If the recipient is offline, the reading time may be current even after the next login and reading of the message.
